Mediocre food and bad service. That's far from what it used to be. Better avoid it, tourists trap. Better have lunch or dinner at Teleferic Grand Hotel.

1- The feeling is that the waiters are the clients and you the client must comply with their instructions. 2- The seats are not confortable, the service is bad and the food is awful stupid and not fresh. 3 The only think that can be undersigned are the high prices.

Service at the restsurant is awful. We waited for an hour for our food and it wasn't even peak hour. 20 minutes for the bread during the meal. They only accept cash, had to find an ATM to withdraw money and pay. We will not return, for sure.

A "close but no cigar" contender to the first place in Poiana Brasov for traditional restaurants. Good food but with a lot of room for improvement. Loved the mulled wine.

The restaurant is old and already has its own fame among the romanians. It is a popular destination and peaople visit it at least once during their ski vacation in Poiana Brasov. It has few rooms which are not very large and the atmosphere could be cozier if not too dark for my taste. There is also a small group... More

The food was good but the prices a bit high. The restaurant does not have a "house wine", my first case in Romania. Many traditional foods are not in the menu, and soups (ciorba) although in the menu were not available. Why present a menu you cannot supply? Table reservation seems not to be the norm, I reserved a table... More

We expected more from a restaurant with over 35 years o tradition. The portions are small for a traditional meal and for the price that we payed. The side dish (traditional style potatoes) were cold and the meet had no seasoning. Some of the waiters were a bit arrogant and not very helpful. The place looks nice, traditionally decorated and... I ordered a smoked sheep ... I got a few pieces of meat cut strips, whatever ... it was more fat meat. Pickles were undone. I asked for grilled boneless chicken leg, I got it made on pot. Luckily, I asked some fries to not leave hungry. Those lacked salt and there were also the ones frozen and pre-cut. The... More

I seldom write reviews of restaurants, but in this case I feel that I need to warn people about Sura Dacilor. We went to this place at lunch time days before Christmas and it struck me because there were just a few people inside (3-4). I ignored this first sign, big mistake! The stuff is horrible, it took them 15... More
