Stopped here for dinner on our way home from Ireland to to England. What a lovely atmosphere, staff very friendly and the food superb. Well worth a visit.

Very surprised by the high scores this restaurant has received..... We got two normal dishes for an Italian restaurant, a Pizza and a Risotto. Both were a disaster. The pizza was so soggy it couldn't be lifted from the plate and the Risotto was crunchy...(not Aldente, hard and crunchy) .......both dishes were sent back, despite the best efforts of staff to tell us we were wrong. We then had the awkward experience of listening and watching the staff and management giving out about us as we waited for the bill (they removed the cost of the main courses) Maybe it was just a bad day, if so no hard feelings, but we won't be trying here again.More

Five of us sat down for a late lunch on a Sunday afternoon Teens and adults combined Very nice starters x 4 plus mains x 5. Bruschetta starter portions were very generous (the main portions here are generous too!) This meant that we left some...of main course behind on two of the 5 main dishes - we were then probed in a very professional manner by Maitre D who we reassured all was okay - he said would you prefer something else …. No I’m fine was response the first ….. would you like me to give you takeaway box? No it was a little bit spicy for me was response the second. Thanks though all at table said … his response was to very discretely provide a glass of wine and a double espresso on the house (we were too full to order any deserts …) Incredibly alert professional service from staff - so easily could have come away with a “well it wasn’t great” and “why would one go there again” impression but as a result of the Maitre D we all came away with “when can we come back!!” See you soon!More

The beef strips as a starter is highly recommended. The burrata was a bit hard on the outside but well loaded. All the chicken dishes looked great and mine (top of the page) was stuffed and excellent. Pizza also good as was the massive spaghetti...bol…… Ambiance good and nice and bright. Service also very good..,,,so ….recommended!More

Food here is so good. Restaurant itself is lovely. All the staff were friendly, especially Morat,(hope I have name right). Could'nt recommend here more highly.

Wonderful experience with family and friends. Been coming here for months and never did a review. Just love their menu. The beef stripe for starter followed by a chicken or pasta dish. Also they are open to changes if you ask. Front of house Muat...(I think) is a gentleman and all the staff are so friendly. Would definitely. recommend.More
