The brasserie is well located for shops and other attractions. Food and wine offering is run-of-the-mill but edible and served in generous portions. Service is friendly although can be slow at busy times.

We sat and waited and after 10 minutes a young and enthusiastic waiter served us a carafe of wine and the menus but explained we had to wait for the food waiter. He turned up we ordered it was off. He went away and after repeated efforts he to attract his attention we had more luck with his colleague. A... More

I sat down at 1pm and it is now 2pm. We have had no bread, begrudgingly brought a carafe of waster after 40 mins. We had similar service 10 years ago and mistakingly, I thought it may have changed. I submit a one star rating as I can't find zero.

We visited twice during our stay in the area. It's big enough that you don't need a booking. The food is not the greatest in the area but it's a good location. Good for kids with a good variety of options.

A pichet of wine (.5 litres) is 10 Euros here and 5 Euros at the Cafe du Midi at the other end of the block. No wonder there are often empty tables at the Brasserie Moliere.

The place is appealing in an old-fashioned Paris sidewalk brasserie way. My wife and I each had a sole meuniere, which, although fresh, was far too young to have been taken from its mother. The service was pleasant. Prices high. I'm compelled to say that any restaurant that doesn't bother to supply seats on either the female or male toilet... More

More on the expensive side but as a Sunday there was no menu du jour. The formula for entree + plat cost 23.9Euro. But we found the food quality was very good and the ambiance on this warm, sunny February afternoon just couldn't be beat. We enjoyed the fried brie and foie gras to start, then the wild boar and... On Sunday evening the choice is limited so we dined here. The main street location is convenient when the better establishments are a few yards back. However the food is ordinary and the cost is high.

This restaurant is well situted and quite attractive. We were quite late for lunch, 1.45 but they advertised continuous service and when I questioned them they confirmed they were still serving. We both chose the plat du jour, steak, one medium the other well cooked. Both were rare and with a small amount of dried up unpleasant accompanimentsThe house red... More

The service was pretty poor. My salad was okay, but the wife didn't rate her steak and we got stung by glasses of paint stripper white wine which we thought were complimentary, but where charge at 4 EUR each
