Excellent offerings on the menu - we went twice so that we could try more things. Reasonably priced, given the quality and selection. Loved the outdoor tables (inside available too) and being near the marina. Service was excellent. Dress is casual to nice. Nothing fancy required. Scallops were my favorite.

At first I was a little hesitant about eating at Stingray Cafe. First, the name denoted a more casual dining experience and (to be honest) the different between casual and fine dining at the El Conquistador Resort is quite large. It was also located right next to the main attractions of the hotel, so I figured it would be a... More

The best part of the restaurant was the setting. The restaurant is by the marina below the resort. The food and service were both good.

The food was 50% very good and 50% all right. The service was very slow. I would expect a higher percentage of very good food for the price.

I love this resort and wanted to try the cafe after I was there in 2012. The cafe is a misnomer. It's a fancy restaurant with good Puerto Rican seafood. My only complaint was that the a/c wasn't working at the time and it was hot inside.

Beautiful setting - great food! I had the salmon and my husband the grouper - both were fantastic! Staff very friendly and helpful - kids were able to order from the menu at the bar across the walkway with the same owner and loved the chicken fingers, burger and pasta! Chef accommodating to make my risotto without mushrooms. Beet salad... More

This restaurant is down at the marina level of the El Conquistador Hotel and has both inside and outside dining. The service was very mixed--initially very friendly and helpful, but ultimately we felt forgotten about, as there were long periods with no server in sight. We ate on a weekend night and there were lots of families. At the table... More

The decor was decent but the food was underwhelming and service was disappointing. We felt forgotten by our server and the food took an excessively long time to come out. Skip this in favor of Chops.

A warning up front: This restaurant is in the marina at the El Conquistador Resort at Fajardo. If you use valet parking, be prepared to pay $25 plus tax, whether you are there for one hour or one day. There is self parking within an easy walk of the resort entrance which is somewhat cheaper. My wife and I had... More
