On their Facebook page it looks like they reopened in January. I would call just to double check before you go.

I am not sure - I would call the Waldorf hotel - they might know since they are right near the restaurant. Good luck!

Not aware of any dishes with peanuts. The best answer I can offer you is call the owners. They are very nice and can answer your question.
