This seems like a very cool thing to see while in Jamaica, however the effects are not as spectacular as one would hope. It does glow, and certainly is not something you can experience many places in the world, but it is underwhelming. You are also packed into a pretty crowded boat which some may not like. If you can... More

Boat was crowded and chaos ensued when we were invited to jump in. Captain and crew were professional, but the guests were unruly and juvenile.

This tour was the best one we have taken in Jamaica! Too expensive and low price value relationship, however the experience itself is award winning! Eventually consider instead of purchasing a tour to do it yourself as the tour charged her 150 USD and the experience of swimming in that lagoon only lasts for 20 minutes. However, this is definitely... More

This short boat trip into a warm sheltered bay close to Falmouth was worth the excursion. There are microorganisms in the water which glow when agitated by one's swimming motion. As you stroke through the water, the water around your hands glows. If you go when there isn't a lot of moonlight, it's especially easy to see the glow. While... More

We thought it would be a great idea to try the Glistening Waters Restaurant in Falmouth. The restaurant has an attractive location looking out onto the Glistening Waters lagoon, ample parking, but then we see why the place is like a ghost town with sky high prices for average food and wine. The one endearing feature was the overly attentive... More

The restaurant is beautiful. The tour boat ride was informative and really interesting. My regret was not having the courage to dress for a swim. Those who jumped in were having all the fun

This place is ridiculously expensive. They are milking the tourist here. My family of five came here in hopes of seeing some glistening waters but we saw nothing and was told we had to pay for the tour no biggie we decided not to do the tour and to grab some food everything was expensive which wasn't really a problem... Loved the experience and the crew made children feel very comfortable going in the water in the dark, and the rum onboard help warm you up, definitely worth a trip

We did this excursion and enjoyed it. It was a bit rushed and the water is dirty but we knew that from the other reviews. We stayed very close by so it was a short trip. Overall it was fun, wife passed on getting in the water, and more than that it's another item crossed of the list.
