Interior was beautiful. Staff was also good but waiter forgot a steak knife but it was excellent. Food was great both meat and vegetarian food. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Pretty good

The staff was nice and the food was quite good. The decor left something to be desired. Even though we had some problems with our food ( bad piece of meat, wrong filling in pasta dish) the experience was altogether enjoyable.

I definitely recommend this restaurant. The food in here is very tasty.

Pasta was excellent as it should be, al dente. Pizza was nice and tasry, crunchy ends, base thin. Staff was attentitive and very smart. Just no chance to taste any beer couse of covid time..they didnt have any draught beer...

Not great,not terrible

This restaurant has higher rating that it deserves. The food was too basic for the prices. Pastas with no special taste, pork loin too dry. Beer wasn't too good,as well.

Great and tasty experience

We tried lunch menu here and we were really satisfied with variety of foods, quality and price. Later we stopped here for a dinner and wine, and were not disappointed. Food was great and the staff was excellent. They offered local wine which was awesome....Thank you for a great night!More

A Good Spot

We had dinner here in the evening - after a bad service experience in the burger shop around the corner - and it turned out to be great. It is always full (which is a good sign) and the wait staff are very pleasant. It's...not fancy but the food is very tasty. We ate here twice - once for breakfast and once for dinner) and both meals were very good. The only negative was that the beer took a long, long time to come (nearly 20 mins) and lots of people were complaining about it. But the waitress was very positive and always gave a very friendly explanation about why the beer took so long! It helped to keep people patient at least! Anyway - good restaurant, good food, slow beer and pleasant staff. I recommend it in Banska Stiavnica.More

Lovely

They offer a really good food an amazing breakfast and it's not expensive at all . They are so welcoming and they respect customers. You will love there food and you can get what ever you want at any time. Love it.

Best pizzeria in town.

Right in the centre, Black M not only serves delicious pizzas but has a wide menu of other dishes. Friendly service, lunchtime deals and good beer and coffees. The menu is in English and Hungarian as well. A great place to relax and enjoy good...food.More

simple but very good food

We had a lunch at Black-M with 8 friends. I took tagliatelle with grilled vegetables (mushrooms, zucchini, eggplant ...) This was really excellent !!. Friends had good salads. Good and fast service.

Lunch with the kids

Called in for lunch after a trip to the local mines, it was excellent, well priced and a friendly service, which is quite unusual for Slovakia.....

Quick lunch while sightseeing

We bought some traditional Slovak 'langoszes' and they were extremely huge and very delicious! Moreover, the prices were not that high and the service quite fast. The only unsatisfactory thing was that they brough us the main course while we were still eating our starters-...that should not happen in a restaurant like this. But all in all, it is worth eating there!More
