My wife and I stopped into Durrow and had lunch at the Copper Kettle . It was delicious! We both had sandwiches that were excellent. The rhubarb dessert was the best I have eaten. The restaurant was clean, relaxed and the service was great.

We regularly stop here for lunch on the way to Cork and it is always very enjoyable. Everything freshly prepared and well cooked. Staff friendly and efficient. The cakes, desserts etc on offer look amazing although I haven't tested them out. Maybe next time...

Slow cold take away food served by a less than interested employee, and not given a bag, won't be back. Nearly froze to death

Dropped in here recently for lunch, we used to visit very often before Durrow was bypassed. This place is well worth the detour if you have the time. I had roasted salmon on the day which was mouth watering They also have a lovely selection of desserts but I was unable to sample any after such a wonderful lunch. Lovely... More

We stopped off for lunch here after hearing of its reputation. We were warmly greeted and escorted to our table. The atmosphere is one of homly effect and I felt quite at ease with the staff in no hurry to rush our experience. The blonde waitress Veronica was very amiable and of a pleasant nature, full of beans for her... More

Cannot believe some of the negative reviews, it's a wonderfully quaint restaurant serving good home cooked food with a warm welcome. Didn't have room for any of the gorgeous looking home made desserts which was a shame but next time!!

We stopped here on our trip. What a gem. The myshroom soup was delish, truely scrumptious! A basic lunch which was top notch!

Nicely decorated but just an average lunch had- chips pretty good that homemade variety. Burger nothing to write home about but fine for a quick lunch on the run....
