After reading the reviews on TA, we stopped by for breakfast, coffee and a hikers wrap. The breakfast was very generous and delicious, the coffee was tasty and the hikers lunch was the best. The portions are large and enough to feed two.

Stopped here for lunch after hiking in the park. Sandwiches were tasty and filling. My son said the horchata was the best he had tasted. My iced coffee was strong and refreshing. Service friendly and efficient. Definitely worth a stop or two!

Tried the berry crumble cake and vegetable soup - both excellent. Also good espresso drinks. Friendly staff.

We enjoyed our lunch here as they had fresh ingredients and the menu was creative. I enjoyed the tuna panini with white beans, kalamata olives and provolone cheese with a lemon aioli. Cheese was melted and bread was crunchy. Hubby had chicken and bacon avocado wrap. Wide selection of paninis, wraps and salads. The setting was great, sitting outside with... More

We had a quick and light lunch at Cafe Soleil during a stay in Springdale, finding this to be a good venue for vegan & vegetarian and healthy food options. Opening hours are 7am to 8pm daily. During our lunch, we tried a the Turkey Bacon Guacamole and the Spicy Asian Chicken wraps, which were both packed with fresh and... More

Was recommended by Zion Guru and he was right! Lots of options for both vegetarians, vegans and carnivores. The soup was outstanding. I even bought a locally made purse for a gift.

Had some trouble finding good dark roast coffee in town until we tried here. The coffee is excellent, service good, and atmosphere relaxed and comfortable. It is next to the Zion entrance though so can get busy. Going before 8:30 am is a good idea. We also had a chicken wrap for lunch and it was quite tasty.
