Not only can you not get a to go order after 6pm but when they seat you the service is terrible and the food was totally NOT worth the 53 minute wait. This dining experience that should have taken an hour total ended up taking...More

We are sorry to disappoint you on your visit to the Whiptail Grill. We just would like to clarify our policy on "to go" orders during a dinner rush. Your wait would be the same regardless if you were dining in or "taking out" and...More

We cannot believe how poor the service (and ultimately the food) was at this restaurant. We arrived to order wine and chips/salsa. Not bad but salsa cup way too small for the generous portion of chips. Outside view spectacular. After 15 minutes of waiting for...More

We never would have ventured into this restaurant if it wasn't for trip advisor reviews. We went after hiking the Narrows and split the spaghetti squash enchiladas and a house salad. Unbelievable! The server and manager on duty were so friendly and didn't make us...More

This little restaurant is obviously a converted filling station. If there is any seating inside, it is very limited. But why eat indoors in such a beautiful place anyway? While dining, you can gaze on the nearby mountains. We chose prawn burritos and paid extra...More

This restaurant is certainly a lesson in 'don't judge a book by its cover' and it was worth the wait as they were very busy. The place looks not like much from the outside but the food and service is excellent. We both had a...More

Loved every morsel! We shared corn chips and guacamole for an appetizer. Lots of chips and more guacamole offered when our waitress noticed it was gone and we still had chips. We passed on her offer and just took the extra chips with us. My...More

Food was good, service fair but ice tea was lousy. Out side seating allows you to continue enjoying the majesty of the mountains of Zion and the delightful Sept. weather.

An interesting history [formerly a gas station] but the food is a bit hit and miss. My partner had a great dish with great presentation; the quality of mine was poor, with tough meat.

Came herfor lunch after a morning of hiking. Sat outside, the view was nice. The food was good. I had the chicken chipolte chicken enchilada. The con to thiscresturant is the price, seems expensive. Two meals and a couple of beers with tip was $55.

its extremely casual- and small- I would just head there early to be assured you get a table if you are in a rush. most seating seemed to be outside.
