My wife has Celiac disease and was able to find plenty of groceries for our trip. We also utilized the deli. They made me a killer panini and had soups, salads, etc on the menu. A great place to find groceries in Springdale, especially if you have dietary restrictions.

Our hosts at Under the Eaves recommended the hike to Observation Point and a sandwich from Sol! We both ordered a fresh sandwich and had them cut it in two and it kept our energy going for the 5+ hour hike. The sandwiches were great with fresh ingredients and fantastic taste, enjoying them in incredible nature!

This is an indie grocery and sundry store with an in-store deli. Lots of fresh items. Beer but no wine. Open till 9. If you are staying in Springdale and hiking in Zion this is the place to stock up on snacks, lunch, roadfood and even a sandwichy dinner by the pool to avoid the evening crowds and relax.

This is a minimarket+ - better selection than many supermarkets, and lots of hardware and other outdoor needs. Greta for stocking up, as well as replacing things you forgot to bring

Went on the off season, so not much was open. We found this place and went there twice. Once for breakfast, which was OK. Dinner however was much better. I would recommend this place for a fast paced meal. very close to the park

For a corner grocery, the selection of fresh foods and veggies was extensive. As we had arrived late and were too tired to eat out, a quick trip here got us fresh salads, sandwiches and wine to boot!!

We were hungry from hiking/exploring around Zion. The sandwiches were excellent and large. Good menu selection. Definitely worth a stop.

Stopped in on Christmas because we knew finding a place to eat would be difficult and our hotel had a microwave. Staff working was very friendly.

We stopped here late one cold December evening after hiking all day at Zion. Did not feel like going "out" to dinner so stopped by. Hubby got a delicious wrap and salad and I got warm soup and a roll. (potato, leek and gnocchi soup...yum) They have prepared food options, a grocery store with sundries and great souvenirs.

We almost always stop into Sol Foods when visiting Zion. They have plenty of traditional grocery store fare plus a deli. They also have locally made food and gifts. The place is always clean and the staff is friendly and helpful.
