Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We wound up eating here for lunch or linner twice during our week visit to Yosemite to hike. Was not sure what to expect, but we enjoyed the pizza. Watch out for the squirrels, they are intent on getting to your pizza. And dont feed...them!More

Amazed at how many pizzas these guys managed to produce the evening we were there. We placed our order, got a drink and waited for the buzzer to buzz. Loads of people there, hungry after hiking all day (we’d had a long drive!) and we...were not disappointed when the pizza arrived. Tasty and hot - deliciousMore

The pizza is lovely and just what you need for a quick bite on your travels from one sight to another, the tourists must feed the wildlife all the time, because they're around your feet like rats, I kid you not, they have the fattest...squirrels we have ever seen.More

First day - squirrel grabbed the entire cardboard from the table and caused us to lose a whole pizza pie. Tried again the next day, pizza was a little overcooked but we were out of dining choices at 7pm after hiking all day so it...was delicious. Bought a pie for the ride home and this seemed to be the best crafted pizza so far. Fresh toppings, crust was soft. The dessert pizza was gross. Pizza dough; smear of dulce de leche and sliced apples with about 1/4 cup of brown sugar dumped on top. It wasn’t appetizing. Pizzas are fairly priced. I don’t live near $10 pizza franchises so a $25 pizza is what we’re used to paying.More

The pizza deck was always so busy but they are worth the wait. They are quite expensive but you're always going to pay a premium due to the limited food options in the area. We enjoyed our pizzas so much we ate there twice in...a 3 night stay. Lovely light base piled up with loads of tasty toppings. Really great pizza.More

Lines were really long the night we went so we had to wait for a while. However, once we got to order food, we didn't have to wait for the food that much. Pizza was solid! (and warm!) so it was very nice to get...to eat it for our last night there.More

Enjoyed some delicious pizza here with a beautiful view for lunch. You go inside to order and pick up from the window when you are notified your freshly made pizza is ready. Meanwhile, you get to sit outside on “ the deck” and enjoy the...fabulous view. There was a sneaky little squirrel running around the tables talking advantage of any scraps.More

We got the El Capitan pizza and it was outstanding! Everything was delicious from the crust to the sauce to the toppings and it was served hot but not burn the top of your mouth hot. They were super busy on the Sat night we...got dinner here as it was the only place open for dinner in Curry Village that night so I was worried but they handled it superbly. The pizza plus 2 side salads and 2 sodas were $44; reasonable for the quality and convenience in Curry Village.More

Get in line early. This is the only food available near Curry Village. They give you a beeper, so that after you order your pizza and beer, you can relax with your cocktail anywhere in the area and wait to get paged. The pizza tasted...terrific; after my 16 mile hike and 4000 altitude, it really hit the spot.More

Reasonable pizza. Try to avoid dinner time crowds with long lines. They sell slices, which the other pizza places do not.

There are few dining options in Yosemite Valley, so we were happy to find this pizza. It was pretty good, and only took about 25 minutes from ordering. Sometimes the line for ordering can be quite long, but the crowd seems to come in waves....Seating limited for how many people there are.More

This was the only choice after 6:30 for dinner. Lines were often an hour long, so send someone ahead and have everyone else come later. The Pizza was good. We enjoyed the S'mores pizza one night for dessert - very sweet but a nice treat!

The pizzas here are very good, and reasonably priced for national park standards. And IF you can find an outside table and the weather is decent, it's the absolute best dining environment and company in any national park. We have had many great conversations with...hard-core hikers and climbers over our many Pizza Deck dinners during our last three Yosemite trips (2015, 2019, 2021). Plus, a premium beer or wine from the bar next to the Pizza Deck has never tasted so good - and felt so earned! - after a challenging hike (like Half Dome, Four Mile + Panorama, Taft Point + Sentinel Dome, full valley loop, etc).More

This was neither the first, nor the last, time I've eaten here. Excellent pizza at a good price (my choice was a basic cheese pizza with sliced tomatoes), and the medium size was perfect to split into two meals. Great atmosphere with the outside on-deck...seating, and the service was top notch. Better yet, it was an easy walk from the Upper Pines campsite for my favorite source of potassium :-) Look forward to the next time!More

Yea you just stand in line and order pizzas and the outdoor patio is small, but literally 15 feet away around the corner of the bar is a HUGE mess hall where the buffet is. You can bring your pizzas in here and eat them... More
