Been here multiple times. Not your typical curries. Some have little or no coconut milk which allows the flavors to show through. Gotta try the cabbage and carrot salad. Little sweet but very flavorful.

Lots of options for non vegetarians. Tofu dishes, lots of fresh vegetables. The summer rolls looked lovely, the Happy dish was a hit.

We are visiting family here, and got takeouts based on our son's recommendation. We enjoy Thai food, and were not disappointed. We shared two appetizers: steamed shu mai, and Golden Sheets. Our three entrees were: panang curry chicken, basil leaves beef, and ginger roots pork. I liked how you can choose your sauce, with meat, seafood, or tofu/ vegetable options,... More

We stopped here on a wintry weekend and were quickly seated within. We had hot tea, fried vegetable spring rolls, crispy tofu and our main meal. Service was friendly and quick to respond- we ordered our favorites--Massimum curry with chicken and Pad Thai with chicken, and they were excellent. Since we are moving from Cincinnati, we wanted to say goodby... More

We ordered carryout here. I got tofu pad thai. It was the worst pad thai I have ever had. The noodles were soggy and gelatinous. They congealed together and make a hunk of slimy, stuck together noodles. It was so bad. My husband got a spicy Thai vegetable stirfry. The vegetables were raw--not cooked at all. The sauce had a... We really enjoy this Thai restaurant - cozy and unhurried with excellent staff. We ordered Masimum Curry with chicken, and Pad Thai with chicken- both very good. The vegetable spring rolls were a great starter. Will certainly be back for more!

The quality of the cooking has changed within the last year. We have given it a few more chances but finally concluded that the new chef's skill is not up to par with Ruthai (the owner). It's still a decent Thai for Cincinnati area, but it's not excellent.

Every time I go to a Thai place I always order the pad Thai! There's is amazing but I finally branched out and tried the mango chicken curry and jumbo shrimp and I'm hooked! It's like a party in your mouth! With the mixture of the sweet mango with the hint of spice from the curry... It opens your palet... More

Born and raised on east side, but away from Cincinnati for many years. While visiting some old haunts, I found myself in Ault Park when it started to rain. Since it was dinner time, I checked my phone for a restaurant nearby. I like Thai, so when I saw several restaurants at Mt. Lookout, I decided to try Ruthai's. It... More
