Choosing the 3 course menu was a delicious option, and the desserts are spectacular!.Don't miss the corn &lobster soup, succulent scallops and ask the wine steward for a wine pairing suggestion.

No idea. Gluten-free is ONLY a consideration for those few people who test allergic to it. It represents no known health risk to anyone who has not tested positive for gluten allergies.
