We stopped here for lunch. It's a small place that seats maybe 35. VERY old fashion decor but that helps keep the prices down. We had the chicken tenders with fries and slaw plus their fish sandwich with chips. With a soft drink and tax it was $13. The portions were more than we could finish. Quality was average for... This little gem in Clifton doesn't need to go retro. They never left the quaint little time period they were in. They serve up simple but DELICIOUS American breakfasts (eggs exactly as you ordered them) and lunch ( Burgers sandwiches and more). They are are clean, small, friendly and laid back. Their prices are more than reasonable, but they only... More

Love trying unique eateries, this is one. Very small place with only 13 tables or booths, we got right in and it was 9am. No parking other than meter or down side roads for free. The food was very good, portions were just right, service was good. Prices are very good, 3 adult meals and $19.80 was total. Worth eating... More

Owner Bob Doll mans the grill and cranks good, hot food in a restaurant decorated by team photos of his children and grandchildren and nostalgic art of The Big Red Machine. Nice mix of old regulars and college students. Homemade home fries are great.

They have strange hours so make sure you look them up before you go. Great for breakfast on a weekend. Cash only I believe. Grab some toast, eggs, and a Cincinnati classic slab of goetta with a cup of coffee. Several breakfast options and old school environment.

Located just a short walk from the University of Cincinnati campus, this diner is (apparently) popular with the locals because of its friendly service, above-average food, and inexpensive menu. It's worth a visit if you're in the mood for some good, cheap, diner food.

It's been a number of years since I have been here, but i do remember liking it for it's potatoes and eggs. I would go regularly, with my now husband. He lived across the street from this place. If you want fancy, don't go here. If you want some good breakfast food (eggs, potatoes, bacon, etc), this is a place... More
