We had dinner here on our first night in Vicksburg. The staff was VERY friendly and attentive and even offered for us to check out the beautiful mansion after dinner. The food was fantastic; I highly recommend the catfish dish. We highly recommend it!

What an amazing comeback! I was in Vicksburg this past weekend visiting friends and family and decide to have my family join me for dinner at Anchuca. From the 'surf and turf' to the 'honey glazed salmon', everything was perfectly cooked and tasted incredible. This was a surprise considering the last time I ate there about four years ago most... Read all the reviews for this restaurant before making reservations. Husband and myself travelled to Vicksburg to spen a few days celebrating our 40 th wedding anniversary. Arrived at the restaurant ,which is in an old and very beautiful antebellum home, on time. The restaurant is small and there was a large party of rather loud people in the main... More

We enjoyed the food and the ambiance of the library. The menu is somewhat limited, but that can be expected in a small place. There are only grocery store wines and they are grossly overpriced - this alone would keep us from returning.

What a wonderful meal! The service was great and the chef came out to check. Do leave room for the dessert. This is my second visit to the restaurant - the last visit was several years ago and the restaurant is just as good. Loved their Gumbo and the Bonzo cake!

We called in late afternoon and were warmly welcomed by the chef. We thought we may have been far too early to eat but no we were given a menu and could order what we liked. We really just wanted snacks and a drink so ordered a trio of spreads which consisted of pimiento cheese, white bean hummus and chicken... More

This is a small cafe in an old antebellum B&B. It is open to the public. The dinning area is small and quaint. The service was great, the menu is limited to 5 items that change daily. The food was great.Highly recommend for couples. Great atmosphere, romantic. Mostly locals there, we were the only visitors; treated wonderfully.

A video was shown about the homes history before we ventured into the beautiful home . Lots of antique China , furniture settings reminding of the old South . Rooms have different decor and a theme . It is also a place that you can rent a room and stay for awhile to venture into the history of Vicksburg Ms.
