I’ve never had a bad meal at any Roy’s location. We came to this restaurant for a special night and it well met our expectations. The food and service were both excellent. Not inexpensive, but certainly not the most expensive in Waikiki.

Our family of 7 adults with a baby went to this restaurant. Foods including steaks, seafood with miso and poke appetizer was all excellent, and staff was very nice, but was very expensive

Great service, great location, great atmosphere, average food. We were particularly disappointed with the sushi rolls as well as the saltiest soy souce we have ever tried but sashimi was pretty good.

Hi. We dined there at 7pm on June 29th and sat at one of the outdoor tables. Hope this helps. The food was still good, we just missed the total experience enjoyed earlier in our holiday.

I didn't find the restaurant overly cold at all, but as mentioned above there is plenty of outdoor seating you could try. I'd agree with an earlier reply to give them a quick call too. Hope you enjoy it!
