Having stayed at the Halekelani afforded us the chance to eat at House Without A Key, The staff was amazing and remembered us by name each and every morning and at other meals as well. Their breakfast buffets are phenomenal . Fresh fruits, pastries, meats, sushi, popovers, fresh juices, yogurts and so much more. The lunches are beautiful. Fresh salads,... More

A place to sit and enjoy a drink, listening to Hawaiian music, watching the sunset or for more casual dining in this hotel. Coconut prawns were delicious and great salad to go with. Very good breakfast buffet. Lots of healthy options as well as the usual hot foods. Recommend.

I chose this venue for a special dinner for Dads 80th birthday. We were a total of 19 pax. I did a look see and was very happy with those who attended to my inquiries and requests. Melissa (if I recall correctly) was so friendly, pleasant, efficient and gracious. On the day of the event itself, our table was assigned... More

This is a lovely spot in the Halekulani hotel and the restaurant (so the story goes) derives its name from a Charlie Chan movie. Nevertheless, it has a nice little menu and some superb libations. It is a very relaxing spot and a great place to enjoy a little bite. I had a Mai tai (best I had in Waikiki),... More

My husband camehere after our friends highly recommended it. We kicked off with the Coconut shrimp and I had the chicken and he had the Hawaiian fish. Everything was just fine. I don't think it would go in my book as a recommendation. They also don't take reservations. We got lucky and didn't have to wait. They had live music... More

We stayed at the Halekulani for 5 nights and enjoyed a Buffett breakfast each morning as part of our stay. Good variety of foods catering for multiple nationalities, excellent omelette's prepared to order. Great service, friendly and attentive staff.

We were staying at sister hotel the Waikiki Parc hotel. We crossed the road at the end of the day to try the cocktails at the wonderful House without a Key. The outdoor setting was beautiful overlooking Waikiki Beach, with a group playing relaxing Hawaiian music with the sunsetting, delicious cocktails and really good service. Another we had dinner there as... More

Went here for an afternoon pre dinner drinks. View of the ocean and the sunset is amazing. Just to sit and watch the boats floating past against the sunset.
