I can't say enough about this place. Kyea was an engaging and attentive server. We had the fish and chips, and the nachos. Very good food with generous but not outrageously sized portions. We couldn't resist the hula pie with macadamia nut ice cream. 1...More

Two couples for brunch, they were quite busy but we were 'added' to a table with a couple already eating. All good, we had quite a talk. Very nice buffet selection, ate too much probably. Ambiance that can't be beat almost sitting on the beach....More

I inadvertently made reservations on Open Table for Dukes Maui not Waikiki (word to the wise-you can't use Open Table for Dukes Waikiki). So embarrassed, and they were busy but we're so kind to seat us as close to our desired time as possible. Our...More

This restaurant is just too busy and too noisy. The food was average. I had Ono while my spouse had Monchong. It was very difficult to have a conversation because of all the chatter. Service was a bit slow. We much prefer the upstairs restaurant...More

While in Waikiki Dukes became a bit of a regular place to eat. Great variety on menu, value for money, and best baby back ribs with tasty salad, something that's a bit hard to find in the U.S. This place has fast friendly service, and...More

Food is really island fare and is served with Aloha! The food is very nice and prices are not bad. The entire package of atmosphere, food, history and really nice people, is a winning combination. We come back here every time.

I'd been avoiding going here on past trips to Oahu because I've been to other Duke's and have been less than impressed. Now I'm sorry I waited so long!! The food was outstanding, the decor was very cool, the location was awesome, and the service...More

Very busy. Yummy cocktail and fish taco but pretty slow service due to how busy it was. Waitress was lovely.

We went to Duke's on a Sunday a little before 3:00. We had to wait a few minutes for a table. It is open air so not very cool in September. The setting is amazing with Diamond Head and surfers in the distance. There is...More

Dukes beach-side location provides a busy, beach-side bar ambiance with a great view and some good food and tropical drinks; however, some of the food items are overpriced and Duke’s has consistency problems. For example, their Korean beef tacos were spicy one night and the...More

After that long flight I would stop at Nico's at Pier 38. They are closer to airport and on your way to Waikiki. Great free parking and the best fresh fish plate lunch your going to find anywhere on the island. Save... More
