Loved the little place of History for the locals. We also went to the Waikele Leonard's truck. Always our first stop to actually eat in the car...Sugar all over the rental car, oh well... lol.

Well I know why there is a line out the door at Leonard's. The Malasadas with custard were amazing!! So warm and delicious!! A must try!

This was our treat after hiking Diamond Head last week. Nothing better than hot, fresh malasadas! Highly recommend the custard ones, but the original are good, too!

Malasadas are Porteguese donuts but these are not your typical Dunkin Donuts, Krispy Kreme or Tim Hortons. Leonard's maladasas are very freshly made, filled with yummy flavored fillings while you wait so expect to see long lines when you order. They also cost a lot...More

We stopped in to get some Malsadas and were not disappointed. The malsadas are very good and can be stuffed with all sorts of fillings. The wait time wasn't bad either.

Get all you can, every flavor of malasadas is the best...a bizillion calories...but who cares, it's Leonard's! Recommend going during the day...weekdays. There's always a line, since they make the malasadas to order. Can't visit Hawaii without going to Leonard's. I find a new filling...More

I don't think so. They are known for the malasadas. That's why most people go to Leonsrds. Something you can't get on the mainland.
