Usually the slices of meats are so thin that I have to yank them out of the hot pho so they don't overcook. Order the pigs feet (actually hunky knuckles, not trotters) which come plated separately. It's done with a rich tasty Chinese sauce which might cause flavor confusion if drowned into the broth. Add your own fresh bean sprouts... More

I had a take out dish of cold rice noodles and spring rolls (#41on the menu) and it was tasty and portions were HUGE. There were 3 rather large crispy deep fried spring rolls on a huge bed of cold rice noodles, thin sliced cucumbers, chopped basil, julienne carrots and mounds of bean sprouts. First visit to Pho 27 in Kaimuki, Honolulu, HI. I had the Kim Chi Pho -- it was Pho plus Kiim Chi and Kalbi Short Ribs. The menu is diverse with different sized bowls, cold noodles, plus rice dishes. The portions were generous and really tasty. I'll go back again.

Then I tried Pho 27, in Fairwood Drive-In (at the Kaimuki Shopping Center), and I was finally happy! I get the medium, the bowls are gracious, with two meat (double sliced steak) and am off to Pho heaven! When... More

We've been here twice already, and plan to return often. We've only had the pho and dessert, even though the other menu items look tempting. The pho broth is flavorful, and the pho noodles are slightly textured (not your usual slippery variety). One great thing is that you can ask for extra veggies (even more of specific ones) which they... More
