We had the calamari, mahi mahi and the salmon plates. Everything was delicious! They have happy hour at 3.

This place was recommended to us by a local, and wow oh wow was he spot on!! The ono burger was simply flawless and quite memorable!! We will be going back at least one more time this trip and possibly a third time! For those...in a wheelchair or scooter, go past the restaurant about 50 ft, and take the elevator to the R level. Go around the corner and keep turning right down the halls til you reach the side door of the restaurant.More

We wanted to try fresh, local fish while in Waikiki. We saw this place as we were walking along the sidewalk and decided to give it a try. It was a great find!! There are a variety of options from salads and fish burgers to...fresh fish prepared how you want it. I had the fresh snapper sautéed in garlic, butter, lemon and wine. My husband chose mahi-mahi Cajun style. After you select your fish and preparation method you can choose a side (fries, home fries, Cajun rice, white rice, etc). It also comes with coleslaw. You order at the counter fast food style and then they bring your food out to you on real plates and silverware like a nice restaurant. The fresh fish plates at dinner time were around $25. I think it’s cheaper at lunch (and probably smaller portions). Lots on the menu though in the $12-$15 range.More

Somewhat of a wait to eat here, but it's good food so..... The restrooms are shared with other tenants in the building and there is a lock on the door. Be sure to get the code from the staff. There is only 1 large menu...that is over the register and if you don't want to hold up the line of people, review the menu online so you know what you want. Great staff and great food.More

A definite “must eat at”. I was at the Paia location a couple times. Was walking in Waikiki and saw it, so of course it was my instant dinner choice! Great food and friendly staff.

Paia was recommended to us and WOW was it great. A very nice selection of freshly prepared seafood made for a wonderful and delicious meal. In fact, we returned for a second meal during our short stay.

Great for a casual or takeaway dinner. Fish was so good and fresh. Busy but very quick. We did a takeaway of snapper and fried shrimp. Both so good.

Beat fish tacos I’ve ever had! Run don’t walk. Great Opah, Ono, Mahi Mahi. Highly recommended and eat here almost daily. Staff makes you feel at home. Thank you Eduardo and Kylee! 🌸🐳

We stopped here on a recommendation from a friend. Hubby doesn't like fish but I forced him into sharing the dinner size (2 tacos) fish tacos. They were soooo good! They came stuffed with potatoes on the side. The fish was tender and fresh. In...the end, he wished he would've gotten chicken but I loved the meal. The location is good, a block in from the water. They have both indoor and outdoor seating. And they have cocktails and happy hour. I had a moscow mule and he had a spicy margarita. This is definitely more of a lunch place/fast casual. You order at the counter and they give you a number for your table and bring out your food. We cleared our table at the end as well. Perfect place for a quick bit.More
