Dropped by here in December 2013 and 2014. Bought an almond croissant, pain au chocolat, a pastry, and a dessert with fruit and mousse on another occasion. Pick up a tray and choose from their selection. Desserts are behind the counter display and require staff assistance. Good, friendly service.

Always a stop to pick up custard pies when visiting from Maui! Little pricey though well worth the cost. Pastries are delicious, too!

We visited in the evening, and their selection was well picked over---much more so than at the BRUG bakery down the way. That was rather frustrating. However, they still had the bread I wanted to try most of all: Kouign-amann, a Breton cross between a croissant and sweet bread that I saw featured on the Great British Bake Off. It... More

Was walking around the mall after dinner and stopped in for desert. Had the cream cheese danish and it was good. Tons of items to choose from which made it hard to decide. They make fresh bread daily, and post the times they bake it. Also have sandwiches and stuffed pastries for a meal. Counter staff was friendly and prices... More

the pastries here are delicate and delightful. The custard pies were none like I ever had. Thank goodness we still have a stand alone bakery here on Oahu

The bakery has more Japanese type of bread and pastries. Many selection but the price is a little bit higher.

This place was our staple for breakfast, lunch or even light dinner. The other bakeries in the Mall were so disappointing. This place has a good variety of sweet pastries. They also serve cheese filled items, and some have ham, sausage or bacon. They know how to bake! Take out only.

The pastries are excellent, and their sandwiches are divine. I typically order a bunch to take back to eat on my flight back to the mainland. I make a point of going to Saint-Germain every time I visit Oahu.

Saint-Germain has always been part of our lives for decades! So many choices but recently, we have been coming here for their walnut bread -- more reasonable priced than Brug Bakery at Shirokiya and excellent! Convenient Ala Moana location, too!

I love their breads, and pastries. I love to stop by after grocery shopping for their awesome fresh baked breads, and also their pound cake is so delicious. Prices are reasonable and you can't beat their quality and freshness. I'm getting hungry.
