Great service, excellent food quality. Come here for breakfast or lunch. It's fast, reasonably priced, and has interesting menu choices in addition to family faves. Parking can be a problem in season.

My wife and I came for breakfast last weekend. I ordered two eggs with home made corned beef home fries and toast. My wife ordered a custom omelette with pastrami and swiss. Both meals were good but not great. I would say somewhere in the middle for a breakfast spot.

You wouldn't find a lot restaurants in Newport called reasonable, but Annie's is. We had lunch here on a lovely spring day after visiting both Fort Adams and walking part of the Cliff Walk. A friendly welcome as we walked in the door from a smiling waitress called Lauren. I had been wanting a lobster roll, but not at the... More

My wife and I, along with our 2 daughters, stopped in for a quick lunch and a break from sight-seeing in the area. The place is quaint, and I think we were lucky to have missed the lunch rush, as we were seated immediately. The menu was simple, but offered some interesting options. I opted for the crab and corn... More

Ok breakfast but nothing special compared to the reviews. Lobster bisque way too sweet and omelette veggies large chunks not sautéed. For the money I'd look elsewhere. Staff was friendly and quick

You've probably been in restaurants like Annie's hundreds of times before. It's like that breakfast spot in your town that all the locals go to every day. It's not that there's anything especially great about it, it's just familiar and comfortable. We visited Annie's for breakfast before checking out of the Hotel Viking. After paying over 50 bucks for breakfast... More

Not quite sure if we just visited on an 'off' day. We stopped in early on the first day of Daffodil Days. The service was wonderful. The coffee was good and it kept coming which made us happy. My companion chose the Hash and Eggs over easy. The eggs were cooked perfectly, the hash was just so-so, very limited in... More

Reviewed Annies approximately two or more years ago when we ventured there for lunch. Again, the staff is very friendly and will go out of their way to accommodate customers. It is an ideal location for lunch which is directly adjacent to the Tennis Hall of Fame. This establishment hasn't lost a step in its service to its customers.

My wife and I had been to Newport dozens of times and had never stopped in before. Our loss. This is a great alternative to some of the other overpriced breakfasts in the area. We stopped in during lunch hour on Thursday and the place was moderately busy. The restaurant is located a couple of shops down from the Tennis... More
