One of us was very pleased with the food (tuna) but vegetarian option was poor. Same with the desserts, chocolate cake was tasty. Service was excellent and the place was cozy.

Criollo Latin Kitchen is a colorful restaurant that serves tapas-size items accompanied by great beers (many local) and margaritas. They have a great happy hour each day with affordable tacos, sliders and more - oh, and happy hour margarita specials.

I really want to like this place but I can't. Every time I try to give it another shot, I have slow service (college kids too busy gossiping), and the food is mediocre for its price tag. Not a fan for paying that much for bland food. Seriously, where is the flavor? Their tacos are boring. Fish, boring. Tamales, boring.... More

This is one our favorite places!!! I am gluten free and Criollo's have so much to offer! (GF items are noted on the menu.) Started with the calamari....oh my, YUM, I also got the pork belly tacos, my favorite (come on, who doesn't LOVE pork belly???!!). My husband had the bison meatloaf, it smelled and looked wonderful! We were just in Flag for the night to get to a backpacking Grand Canyon trip. Everyone we asked recommended Criollo's and we are so happy we followed their advise. The setting is very warm but modern and the food followed suit. GREAT drinks and GREAT service. Our server was on top of things and was so professional, we loved... More

I tried the roja vieja entree and it was amazing! Trully latin food with rice and browns beans... The meat was amazing as well... The place is really sweet and they have many latin drinks that usually dont see here in the US.

This came highly recommended and I definitely enjoyed the pork belly tacos! Recommended wine by the bartender was also good. Worth a try in flagstaff!

The food was so good! Tacos and tamales top notch! The staff was so welcoming as well! We ate here upon a local recommendation and we're not disappointed. This is a must stop!

A casually classy atmosphere with appealing Latin-inspired food and good service. We especially liked the halibut.

My family (2 kids and 2 adults) stopped here and had a great brunch on a Sunday! The food was fantastic and the overall restaurant was fun. I'd go back in a heartbeat!
