My sister, a friend, and I popped into Collins Pub last night after wandering around lovely downtown Flagstaff. The decor was wood with dark seating. Our young waitress totally made the experience! We loved her. She was a hoot to listen to when talking about all the food she loves, going through the menu sections for her personal favorites- she... More

Anytime I get in to town, I like to stop at Collin's. Great beer selection, decent food, and a great staff! Can be a happening spot on weekends when school is in.

Burgers are huge, no need for fries. Great pub atmosphere and great choice of beer on tap. Our only fault would be was that we got a little annoyed with a patron and her dog visiting one of the servers. Great to bring your friends to help out the establishment but shouldn't be continuous communication to everyone else in the... More

I must have been the first patron in the pub in that the entire staff was going about the routine of opening up while I was politely ignored while sitting at the bar. With a couple of menu items that can be construed as Irish the entire venue is very much American. Staff anything but Irish. The building is a... More

We decided to stop at Collins pub for an early dinner on our way to the Grand Canyon. It was around 4pm, not early but not late. We took a table by the window, close to the bar and waited. And waited. One waitress walked past and didn't greet us or make eye contact as she stopped at the table... More

We chose Collins Irish Pub and Eatery in downtown Flagstaff for supper before a show at the Orpheum Theater just arond the corner. It was a busy Irish Pub, usually one of our favourites to have a beer and some good pub food. There were many big screen tvs showing the NCAA playoffs and several other sports. Lots of people... Good bar atmosphere, lots of beer to choose from! We didn't eat, but the menu did look solid and very Irish.

Our family had dinner here and the food was passable. My draft beer was grossly overpriced. I had to ask for new fries because mine arrived cold and the second time they were unseasoned. I gave up at that point. Sandwiches are overpriced in my opinion as was my beer. I wouldn't recommend or go back.

good food...corned beef is out of this world. Onion soup is great...this is a twice a month visit for us. Sandwiches are very tasty and are a meal.

Stopped on way back from Antelope Canyon and had an excellent St. Patty's meal of corned beef and potatoes. The service was great and food was excellent.
