We ordered the bahn mi and the rueben sandwich. Both tasty if pricey. $15 entrees. Baranof beer on tap in Mason jars with handles.

Don't be in a hurry for this one but definitely a must for a very good vegan, vegetarian, or local feast. The plowmen lunch is a must for meat lovers. .

Great service, very chill. There was a band practicing there on Sunday morning, which was awesome. The cinnamon roll I had was okay.

A local told us her husband was performing there and enjoyed coffee and a gluten-free meal that night while families sat around listening to a local folk band. Is in the building with the community access radio station

I had lunch here and chose to try the banh mi sandwich. This was my first banh mi and I think it will turn out to have been a unique experience. I came away with the impression that this was more like a Vietnamese falafel sandwich than something authentically Vietnamese. The sandwich was a ciabatta bun which encased four large... More

I really want to love the Larkspur. The location is great. The building is charming and charmingly decorated. Sometimes there is live music- banjo or guitar. Unfortunately, I have had too many exceedingly long waits for food only to be disappointed in the quality- salmon chowder with crunchy raw potato in it for instance. I have had a good meal... More

The food is very good and the prices are moderate. There is live music in the evening. We had very good, friendly service.

Off the Celebrity cruise ship, we were looking for a different Alaskan dining experience, and we found it here. Easy to miss it if you didn't know it was there. Small place, and the mismatched tables and chairs added to the funky ambiance. We had the grilled fish sandwiches, local beer, and salmon chowder, and everything was very good. The... More

No reservations (don't believe them when they say they will give you a reservation for a large group). We were told that morning that they would have a table set up for our group of 15 for 5:30 pm. Thank goodness two of us shows up a 1/2 hour early b/c the afternoon staff was clueless. Service was awful, awful,... More
