Excellent food and service. Good value for the exceptional quality. Very small restaurant with as many tables as they could possibly fit inside, resulting in extremely cramped environment. One unisex restroom. Tiny 5 seat bar. It appears that this restaurant serves wine and beer only....More

We were a little skeptical looking at the menu, but our waiter walked us through. WOW! What a delight! Everything we tried was amazing. We got a table outside. We will certainly be retuning.

This was a find. Visited in May with my wife and we were looking for a Tapas restaurant. This is a "must go" if you are seeking the same. While many other restaurants in Santa Fe, in early May, were only partially booked, La Boca...More

La Boca, its food and staff are EXTRAORDINARY :) I prefer the "other" restaurant owned by the same chef and right next door, Taberna, as the menus are the same and the tables are spaced a little further apart.. a bit more casual with patio...More

Spanish tapas with super selections, a bit noisy but the art on the walls is worth it. Asked about the artist: Braldt Braldt local. Also, there is a taverna around back, quieter, with live music and outdoor dining. Braldt’s work is there too. Food equally...More

Visited on a Sunday night in May. The place was busy, and the atmosphere good. Service was attentive, food was excellent, as was the wine. Live music was very good. We really enjoyed ourselves. It probably fits to the high end of the 'mid range'...More

LaBoca is a popular place for Tapas in SF. I come there abt 3-4 times a year. Since I'm a Midwesterner I'm not so crazy abt spicy NM-style food, so I seek out places where I can eat less spicy food. LaBoca is one of...More

I don't know about the tasting menu, we had dinner there once in May and it was wonderful. I don't think you can go wrong here. Make sure you have a reservation.

Opened in 2006 by 8 time James Beard Award Nominee, Chef James Campbell Caruso. La Boca has the feel of a lively European wine bar, featuring an extensive selection of carefully chosen Mediterranean and South American wines. Knowledgeable and animated staff graciously guide customers to the perfect wine to complement their meals. La Boca also prides itself on being an ambassador of Spanish sherry culture, transporting its guests to Cadiz in the crisp cool flavors of Fino, or the deep fig-essence of a Pedro Ximenez. Full to capacity almost every night since its opening, La Boca has been a hit with both locals and the world travelers that visit Santa Fe. La Boca has earned numerous awards both local and national, including the Santa Fe Reporter’s “Restaurant of the Year,” and the International Wine and Food Society’s “Award of Excellence.”
