This restaurant is located in the Hotel Santa Fe-very authentic decor. They offer breakfast, lunch and dinner- If you are looking for something lighter- they have a very nice menu in the bar.

We live close by and came on a Friday for drinks and munchies. Allen was our excellent server, so friendly and fun. I don't know why we haven't been here more often! But we'll change that.

I have rarely seen a hotel restaurant so reasonable and good! Those blue corn meal pancakes were wonderful! Everything we had was delicious and the service was excellent.

We were so impressed by the Dinner entrees and especially the duck with the pilaf and brussel sprouts. The flavors were complex and unique.

We stayed at the Hotel Santa Fe and ate at the Amaya Restaurant several times - food was excellent! Service was very good and we would highly recommend this restaurant. It was quiet enough that we could hear each other across the table.
