Whether you want just to browse the bookshelves, have one of the excellent coffees, take breakfast, work on a presentation or a university project, have a chat with friends, write postcards, listen to relaxin music or experience authors, artists, poets, playwrights, novelists, filmmakers, composers, or journalists live (in my case it was local Grand Dame Julia Cameron who is all... Collected Works is a really nice bookstore that also offers coffee and bakery goods. I like the way the bookstore is laid out - it is good for meandering. The lounge area is classic - overstuffed cozy chairs and free Wi-Fi. I don't think they want us to leave. Check this place out. You may want to stay a while.

A very rewarding collection of better to best books to be found most anywhere. To enjoy what you are reading, the inside cafe is perfect.

What brought us in was the barista walking the streets with samples of their superb cocoa latte, just delicious! We got a biscotti and lattes in real cups (not paper) and wandered around the bookstore. I loved the decorating and color of the coffee shop itself, gorgeous blue paint. The staff was helpful and told us their favorite restaurant for... More

this awesome downtown bookshop is the biggest and most comprehensive indie store in the city, after all the big box stores drove out most of the competition and then died. we are lucky we have them! every book you would want or need plus coffee and readings...

I liked the vibe in this place - and some of the books they carry are not easily found elsewhere. The coffee barristers are friendly - nice place to take a break from sight seeing.

What a rare find this place is! We happened upon this bookstore/coffee shop on a Sunday morning. The coffee was delicious, hot and so aromatic! Had a nice browse around the books before we headed to the museum! So lovely!

Iced coffee and gluten free brownie, $9.00. Staff was moody and slow. Would rather go to 35 north nearby.
