After visiting the casino we had dinner at the Red Sage. We came at around 6 pm so we had our pick of tables. A two top was perfect. The bread and sweet butter was a great starter. He ordered lobster served with sautéed vegetables...More

Our service was great and the food very good, I had the filet and my husband the sea bass. the filet was rich and flavorful and the sea bass light and flaky. Our waiter was engaged and didn't bug us to much. very relaxing.

Red Sage once more impresses with excellent food and service. My sea bass with risotto and my wife's game hen were both great, as were the margaritas. Surprisingly easy to find a table without a reservation on a Saturday evening. Pricey yes, but also warm...More

We attempted to eat at this place but, due to power outage, could only try appetizers. The shrimp cocktails were outstanding! Huge shrimp with spicy cocktail sauce. Cocktails were delicious, but very expensive.

Good service, great steak (I had filet mignon, medium) good sides, all in a calm nicely decorated setting.

The open kitchen is the most visible reminder that this is the high-end eatery in New Mexico's largest hotel. After the stunning art in the lobby, the decor seems rather plain by comparison, but my dinner provided more than enough delightful stimulation. Our server was...More

A high quality meal in a beautiful setting. Well-appointed presentation and a knowledgable staff. It is a great place to unwind from a day of Santa Fe sightseeing. One concern is that there is apparently no policy about cell phone usage, which is disappointing in...More

Came for a celebratory dinner and were immediately disappointed by the hostess. She was less than cordial and indifferent. Seated us in a terrible location near two doors to the outside that were constantly opened. It was over 90 degrees outside and we did not...More

The steak wse2great. The veggies were ordered crisp. Not. In fact, they were mush. The baked potato so cold the butter wouldnt melt. Why would a waiter deliver a mess, knowing his tip depends on it. Never go back for us.

If you spoke with them ahead of time and set it all up, perhaps. As mentioned by others, it is big enough but I would agree that they do have problems with large groups. There were 8 of us just for cocktails, and the... More
