A unique concept for San Antonio: a brit pub showing constant soccer (oops, football) matches on numerous sceens. Or you can play darts while you drink Guniness and chicken fingers or sausages. Think they still have a smoking room. the place usually smells like cigars. pretty noisy.

This is a special place, with excellent food and great employees. Food is outstanding. The sticky pudding is a must try. Ask for Marley. She is an outstanding server with great recommendation.

First visit to this location by far the best one in town I do believe it's the original one in SA. Atmosphere is that of old world Ireland pub. Staff is friendly beer ( Guinness) is cold and perfectly tapped ! Best thing on the food menu by far is the chips and curry

The Tuesday, London Broil special was moist, tender and flavorful. Paired with a side of Guinness Mac & Cheese, and whipped mashed potatoes I am officially ready for a nap. I would purchase the Groupon today while there's an additional 25% off and try this San Antonio British style pub.

A favorite lunch time treat for me and my work friends. We love the Shepherds Pie and other lunch choices. Service is always great and the quality of the food is consistent.

I used to go there a lot and stopped going because of the smoke. I went back and was glad they had changed that. The place is good to meet friends and catch a soccer game. The pub food is decent and the drinks are good. Overall, it's a good pub-type place.

These folks are located at the site of the former iconic La Fonda in the strip center on Broadway. They have created a good looking bar in the British tradition and there's football on the Telly. Our friendly server was in training so she got the Margarita prices wrong. The Buckingham Skillett had grilled chicken breast with pesto walnut sauce... More

I have been a regular at the Alamo Heights pub. Nice pub food, very friendly staff. Ithink its the one of the best soccer pubs I have been too, but also a great place to go for other sports or simplly to enjoy a couple of drinks and traditional English pub food. The only negative are the extra rowdy Arsenal... More

The food isn't exactly stellar, but the drinks and the pleasant service make up for that. I had the shepherd's pie was very forgettable, and was made NOTHING like the picture or the description in the menu. They have a great outdoor area, so definitely take advantage of that! My advice: Grab a drink on the patio, skip the food.

My friends and I have came here several times and the food and service doesn't disappoint! It's delicious, the wait staff is friendly and they have military discount 😍
