It's all good, but the burnt ends alone are worth the frequent trips. This joint is Burnt Ends Nirvana. When the pit master sees me walk in, out comes a totally black hunk of brisket and the slicing begins. Best burnt ends that have ever passed through anyone's lips.

Nothing great. The BBQ sauce is like water. Smells wayyyyyy better than it tastes. Would not likely be back.

We wanted BBQ while in San Antonio and didn't want a chain. So we tried the Barbecue Station. The place is cute, and old gas station turned restaurant. Looks better inside then outside. Clean, friendly staff and good prices. The brisket was awesome! We also had the pork loin and chicken. I would come again. It looked like they were... More

This is a former gas station on the Loop 410 access road just before you get to the Harry Wurzbach intersection, going eastbound. Top notch brisket and sausage did it for me. Dining companions spoke well of the chicken. You order from the counter you will see when you walk in, no waitstaff. The menu is on the walls behind... More

Classic So TX BBQ in a charming rustic setting. The decor remnds me of the tack room on the farm. Fantastic BBQ, lean brisket and smoked turkey are top notch.

I got the brisket and it was juicy, tender and full of flavor. The decorations were very appropriate for a BBQ establishment. I will definitely be back.

Travelling from PA. Came here for a taste of Texas BBQ per bro-in-law's recommendation. It's fast food/cafeteria style dining; we ordered our food at the counter, paid and then sat ourselves. Food gets served on a tray with butcher paper, no frills. You get a cup and you get your own drinks... condiments and cutleries are at the dining hall.... More

I was craving good BBQ before leaving San Antonio the next day, but I didn't want to go to some chain restaurant. My family found this restaurant near the airport so went there on a Tuesday evening around 6 pm. You enter the restaurant and walk right up to the counter to order. The lady at the counter was very... More

Originally, we had no intentions of having BBQ in San Antonio, due to many people telling me that San Antonio isn't known for BBQ. Our Lyft driver put that myth to bed real quickly when he told us San Antonio's BBQ kicks all other Texas BBQ's to the gutter. After being dropped off at our hotel, I did a search... More
