It has great character and charm! In 1906 this was Finke's Meat Market and the owners turned it into the restaurant. They restored the old buildings with their revitalization of Gruene Hall and creation of The Gristmill River Restaurant and Bar, in Gruene Historic District...More

A must do in San Antonio if looking for great food! Usually lots of parking, awesome staff and food is really great. Inside seating is a little tight but worth it.

Josephine Street is located a stones throw away from The Pearl complex. It is just off the freeway and offers parking under the freeway structure itself. Noise wasn't a factor as the freeway is elevated. The restaurant has a casual vibe with dinning inside and...More

This was a recommendation from a local and it was fabulous! I had the pork chops and the gravy was so good I took some home. Very reasonable prices as well especially considering you are near the pricy Pearl area!

Hi, as someone told me if I had dinner at your restaurant, you may give a free ride to AT&T Center for the NBA game of Spurs. Is that correct? And how should I make reservation for the back and forth free ride to the game? Thanks a lot for your kind response!
