On a visit from U.K., passing through San Antonio, got drawn in by the novelty of the 3lb cinnamon roll and that was exactly what it was - novelty. Don't get me wrong, for $10 you get your extra fair share of bun. But quality vs quantity - it's not there. A lot of roll to cinnamon, more like loaf... More

My family and I ate at Lulu's Bakery and Cafe on a Sunday night around 9 pm after attending a San Antonio Spurs game. Despite the late hour the restaurant was packed and we were lucky to get one of the few open tables. I hadn't told the rest of my family anything about Lulu's so they didn't expect anything... More

Saw the 3# roll on tv and when we went to take our son and his friend to Fiesta Texas we brought them there for the novelty of it. However it was actually very tasty. All 4 of us are on it and still had over half left over.

I had some of the worst migas I have ever had . No flavor and poorly cooked. Place is noisy , crowded and not very clean. Building is run down. Staff was over worked and service was poor. Neighborhood is run down also and paking is poor.

If I could give 0 rating I would. We went for lunch upon arriving in San Antonio. Was looking forward to the three pound cinnamon roll. No wait was seated immediately. Waited over an hour and 15 minutes for 2 salads, a cinnamon roll and a grilled cheese. I had to ask how much longer. our party was served in... More

The cinnamon roll was worth the hype. The chicken fried steak was also delicious. When we got there we were told it would be over an hour wait but I put our names down. They texted me within 10 min that our table was available. So, don't give up hope too easily!

I used to brag about this place to anyone who would listen but it has gone down the tubes ever since. The service was horrible. Tanya our server seemed somehow "annoyed" with our presence. There was no friendly greeting , no hello even. Just what can i get you to drink? A hello how are you today is always nice... More

We are huge Man vs Food people so we had to try Lulu's while vacationing in San Antonio. The wait was long for a Thursday at noon but totally worth it. We ordered the Deputy chicken fried steak meal and one of their famous cinnamon rolls. Holy cow we're they good! The staff was slow and not in a hurry... More

By far the worst experience we have ever had. We arrived at 9:55 pm got seated and no one came to us until 10:20pm for our drink order. Once the server came back with our drinks we placed our order. 2 chicken fried chickens with sides and a bacon cheeseburger. We waited over an hour to hear anything about our... More

If your visiting San Antonio you have to eat here at least once. Their Chicken Fried Steak is silly good and we ate on the super yummy 3 pound cinnamon roll we took home for 3 days.
