We found this place by accident but will totally return. The restaurant serves you free Miso soup and dipping sauces. The Sunumo crab salad was very good as well as the combo mixed rice. My husband ordered a salad combo with 2 rolls, my daughter ordered the Godzilla roll, and I ordered the Fiji roll. All of the food was... More

It is in Texas and not really Authentic Sushi place. but with huge modern sushi menu. Teppanyaki menu is a little pricy for what is in the plate. They have some kids menu, too. Fried rice was made with Butter...so it has butter taste.

My friends and I came in the restaurant and waited about 5 minutes to get sat, when we got sat it took about 10 minutes for someone to come greet us, and another 10 minutes to get our drinks. The service was okay, I guess they were just understaffed or something. The food was good, except that I got the... More

Great atmosphere and food. Delicious drinks and friendly service. Enjoyed the teppanyaki grill and the sushi, fresh and yummy. Definitely will be back when in the area.

My daughter (8) and I went and it was very good. There are many choices, and the waiter made good recommendations. You can watch them make the sushi too if you want. The service was good. This is one of the two sushi restaurants I recommend in San Antonio.

Kumori is an unanticipated treasure, in a busy suburban shopping complex with many competing restaurants. I was especially impressed by the remarkably wide variety offered by its menu, including some fifty varieties of sushi. Service is excellent and the dining area is roomy, comfortable, and quiet enough for conversation. Surprisingly there is also a children's menu which features smaller servings... More

Kumori has a menu with sushi and non-sushi items that will accommodate the tastes of anyone in the mood for Asian food. I highly recommend the Hawaii Role if you are in the mood for something on the sweeter side. The service is usually very good and the wait for fresh rolled sushi not super long.

My wife and i went to dinner at kumori, and we definitely enjoyed the service. The appetizer was spicy calamari which was delicious. Then we had four types of sushi, we were very impressed.

Definitely recommend this place. We have been here several times and have never been disappointed, and finding good sushi in San Antonio is hard. This is also the only place where our son has actually liked sushi. If you like spicy, go for the Picasso Roll. Enjoy!!!

We have always enjoyed this place. The service is always perfect especially when Victoria waits on us. The Cucumber Martini's are the best. The sushi is great and they even have riceless sushi if you want. Make the trip, it's worth it.

Thank Ernest P
