Had dinner at Finz Easter eve - sat outside and watched the sunset. . . .magical! Seriously, the best ever fried oysters we have ever had! And the lobster mac and cheese. . . .yum! Can't wait to visit again!

This restaurant on the water with views was the only place my Fodor's guidebook reviewed so we figured why go anywhere else. It did not disappoint. The lobster roll was made of chunks of meat.

Great appetizers, awesome entrees, fantastic Chocolate cake. Server allowed our drinks to set empty a few times but he was very busy.

Some of the best seafood I've ever had and the most beautiful view is the harbor you could ask for! I can't imagine going to Salem and not having a meal here!

Looking for seafood, FINZ is a nice choice. Wide, varied menu with very good service and a nice ambience within the restaurant itself. No feelings of pretentiousness with service that is prompt, accurate and most importantly, friendly. I had not been here for quite a long time and the decor has been updated, the menu freshened and the whole place... More

Service, atmosphere, and FOOD were all excellent! Mussels Provincial - sublime. Black and white tuna is basically a deconstructed sushi roll. I wish I had this available to me every day. So good! Creme Brule was perfect. Andrew, our server, was in point. We discovered this wonderful spot on the warf in an attempt to avoid the commercial/touristy spots. We... More

I have been traveling up and down the east coast and so far there are no fried oysters that even begin to compare with Finz.

Parking on a Sunday was a bit of a challenge and the place was slammed, leading service to be a bit slow initially. It the food more than made up for it. Flavorful clam chowder, along with a great lobster roll and some truly excellent fries and a tasty beverage makes for a filling and happy-making meal!

This wasn't our first choice for lunch, but every place had at least an hour wait. My brother-in-law picked it. We were able to get seated right away. It took a little longer then expected for our server to come over. She took our orders, brought our drinks. Our appetizer came out at the same time as our food, which... More
