All I've ever gotten here was their various breads and every one of them was fantastic. Great staff. Excellent service. Lots of various pastries available as well. Whenever I'm in the neighborhood I always stop in for an epi or baguette.

Don't know why this place was rated so high. The pastry I came here for was hard and cold. I had the walnut sticky bun and Carmel latte. Latte was good, but the pastry was just not good. I was let down.

At least I had to walk a few block from my hotel to work off the calories. This place is addictive! I could stop here everyday. Pastry and breads are perfection. Coffee is very good. Lively atmosphere. The locals all seem to return each day....More

Cute and simple, the pastry's are delicious and the staff is super. If I lived local, this would be my choice for coffee runs or cafe lounging.

I REALLY like a good cup of coffee. They nail it. Absolutely delicious. The blueberry muffin was not made with your basic run of the mill flour. It had real flavor, and was simply good quality ingredients combined with artisan skills. As a side note,...More

We tried a blueberry galette, a scone and a pain au framboise, all delicious. Combine it with two fresh cappucini and you can agree to their slogan: "We just love to make and eat good food!" Try it yourself, it's a great choice.

The iced cold brew coffee here was excellent. None of that nasty watered down coffee flavor that you sometimes get from iced coffee; just rich, delicious, and flavorful. And the bakery items were incredible. I got a chocolate croissant and a chocolate chip cookie, and...More

Hi, If AJ King cannot help you, Salem has a french bakery, Melita Fiore Patisserie on Washington Street. However, A J King is not limited and offers a wider variety of baked goods, include french items.
