This restaurant was a recommendation from some folks who spend the winter in Mexico. Everything they said about it was true. Excellent food, great service and reasonable prices. We will definitely be going back again.

Stopped in with friends for a late lunch which was our good fortune! Really great food for incredibly reasonable prices. A friend and I each had the cheese crisp (mine with peppers, tomatoes and onions, her's with shrimp) - delicious! (Mine was so filling that...More

Authentic Mexican food. We loved the crisp, enchiladas, salsa and my sister had the chicken fajita salad. Needless to say we cleaned our plates. The ice tea was refreshing and fresh. Our server was friendly and offered excellent service. This is a local hangout.

We just finished a tasty meal here. My family ordered a variety of food and we were all satisfied with both the taste and portions. Also, the price was a pleasant surprise. The service was excellent as well.

For one they didn't get my order right and two your better off going to a los betos or quick Mexican food joint than this place! Lacks authentic flavor! Everything is very bland and not what Mexican food should be! I will not be eating...More

This is a family place with good Mexican food at good prices. It is definitely not fancy but if you like good food, try it.

I'm not sure why people drive way out here to eat. Maybe there's a different cook at other times of the day than mid-afternoon during a summer weekday? I had two stacked chicken enchiladas; I asked for the green sauce instead of the usual red....More

What a find! Not much near the Desert Museum so we were really pleased to find this place. The soups are wonderful as well as the chille rellanos. Every thing is home cooked and lots of local "snow birds" seem to frequent this place. The...More

We stopped by Los Nopales for lunch between visits to the Arizona-Sonoran Desert Museum and Sweetwater Wetlands. This cozy restaurant offered so much yumminess in affordable and tasteful meals. We got the machaca (dried beef) chimichanga without sauce and it was very good, the red...More

I did not see pizza on the menu. This is a Mexican food restaurant so I doubt it. They do have take out though.
