Good stop almost made me feel homesick, it's all about the rolls. Add in that they had tastykakes and that put them over.

Killer subs with quality meat, fries were good, need a better selection of sodas tho. Try it early lunch or dinner because it does get busy and the place is small

Yup! This is the place. A co-worker recommended this place to me. I ordered the cheesesteak with cheeze whiz. It is one of the best I've had. Another great find in Tucson!

Parking is a bit tight at this place. Plentiful inside seating. Clean and well kept restaurant! Very, very nice employees that seem to like working there. Specifically the cashier Amy? Angie? I forgot her name but she was so sweet and kind! She offered great suggestions because I had not been here before. The cheesesteak was plentiful and very great... More

Went to Frankie's with a couple golf buddies because the one from Philly area raved about the Cheesesteaks at Frankie's. I ordered exactly the same as my Philly golf buddy. I figured he was the expert. #1, the 9" size was too much for me; should have ordered the 5". #2, I was not impressed. Seemed like there was little... More

Tucson has the closest thing to Philadelphia Cheesesteaks one can get! This small but mighty place is located on Campbell and Glen, and is certainly worth a stop! The owner orders the steak rolls from Philly, and he also has a variety of Tastykakes. to choose from as well. If you have never had one......try a Tastykake! Another thing I... More

Saw on the food channel site. I have never had a Philly cheesesteak before but I thought it needed something, like sauce. The pizza steak was very good. You can eat in but it is a more take out place.

Oh, Frankie's, how I love your cheesteaks soooooo much! I have been here on several occasions, and I always make a point to eat here when I'm back home in T-Town! I always get the 12" steak "wit" onions. I've tried American, Provolone, and the classic Cheez Whiz; none disappoint. I also order a small drink because they have free... More

Better to eat at for dinner than lunch - you can actually find parking then! Great atmosphere, excellent food and relatively large portions for the higher pricing. The at table peppers are FANTASTIC. Really only downers is parking can be a bear and prices are a little high, but for the best Philly Cheesesteak in AZ... Worth it!!
