My friends and I enjoyed a nice afternoon meal before the 3 p.m. show "Curse of the Pirate's Gold." I had the chicken fried steak with mashed potatoes and green beans. It was delicious and plentiful. I usually eat a lot of popcorn in the...More

Ordered pizza, half pepperoni (grandsons favorite), half chicken, onions and mushrooms. It was very good. Also had cup of chicken noodle soup and it average. Service excellent and environment typical 50's diner decor. Very kid's orientated.

Food is good, service can be slow, parking is a issue, fun for out of town guests, avoid at all costs during kids bday parties !!

If you want a malted, ice cream dessert, hamburger and fries this is the place for you and your family.Nostalgic of the 50's and introduces kids to a culture their grandparents grew up with in a fun way.

So I had a reservation, but nothing was set up for five pm. One had a motor Wheelchair. They still put us in the center and had to weave around kids and chairs. We all had a burger and a shake. The medium cooked burgers...More

Ordered a meal here before the Gaslight Theater show and enjoyed it very much. The atmosphere is fun and service is very good. Not perhaps the best pizza in Tucson, but I enjoyed it and would go again.

Nice diner style place to eat. Good variety of items on the menu. Great place to eat before going to a show at the Gaslight Theater--and they will make sure you're never late for the show!

When is the best time for a group of about 6 to get banana splits that won't be in alignment with the gaslight theater crowd on June 5th a Monday?

You could go anytime, as they take reservations. But if you don't want to do that and want to avoid the theater rush, I'd go before 4:30 pm or after the concert starts at 7 pm.
