A lovely restaurant with excellent food. The menu is changed twice a day and presented by the servers at the table. Food is spipced in a sophsticated way and reflects classic styles. Be warned, the portions are sizable but delectable. This is a mid-priced restaurant...More

I bring new friends and visitors to this perfectly located downtown Tucson restaurant. The service is prompt. There are no appetizers and the moment you sit down a water comes with a small blackboard displaying the evening's meal choices. All of them are awesome but...More

I called two months in advance to make a reservation for our first anniversary dinner. I had picked this restaurant because trip advisor had listed it as one of the most romantic places to eat in Tucson. When I made the reservation, I told them...More

I went to cafe Poca cosa last Spring with some friends. They announced me the restaurant like a Great place to eat gourmet Mexican food. It's just a fancy place to eat the same mexican food and some latin american especials. It's very expensive for...More

Since my office is located in Tucson, many out-of-town visitors have never tasted authentic Mexican cuisine. Café Poca Cosa is the restaurant that I normally treat them to because the food is not the usual; rather the cuisine hails from further south in Mexico and...More

Just wonderful food! Visit every few months from the Phoenix area. Phoenix notable Mexican restaurant Barrio Cafe is not even close to the quality of Poca Cosa. Chef Suzana is always there overseeing the cuisine. Wish she would open one in our area.

It's not just tacos or burritos here. This is fine Mexican dining. They make spectacular Mole's and there is always something new to tempt you. My brother asked me to recommend a good Mexican restaurant to his friend who was visiting Tucson. He has owned...More

Had dinner here . Very friendly staff and delicious food with a very pretty presentation. My husband says the margarita was delicious and my Proseco was a perfect way to end the day.

To be honest I don't know. You may want to call them. I don't believe the meal I got even had any gluten. It's all meat and vegetables. Maybe the rice and tortillas probably have gluten. I would call them.

What is the address? What is the restaurants hours? Do you have a gluten-free option? Do you allow dogs on the outdoor patio?

They have a very limited menu so I wouldn't be surprised if there aren't gluten free options, but I have no idea.
