As you read Poca Cosa's reviews you will notice a wide range of opinions..it's rated among the best restaurants in Tucson...but i give it only 3 stars. Here is why: the restaurant's decor is modern and the plates are beautiful worthy of a picture! But...More

Granted, we were six family members of a certain age (over 40) reuniting in Tucson for a weekend. All of us grew up loving Mexican food and crave it, especially when we are together. This restaurant was recommended by a local friend. I see the...More

Cafe Poca Cosa is not your "typical" mexican food restaurant. Its SO much more than that. Keep in mind that it is more upscale and more Mexico City than Sonoran Mexican food. It's not tacos and burritos but what it IS, is amazingly high quality...More

We don't know much about Mexican food, but went here on a recommendation and the food is amazing, light and fresh and so tasty. We had their house special of three sample dishes in one, chef's choice, and split that cos US portions are so...More

Café Poca Cosa is an iconic Tucson tradition. The new setting (many miss the old folky and colorful site) is a truly elegant, Mexico City-inspired interior. Yes, it is in the first level of a parking garage but don’t let that stop you! It is...More

We read about this restaurant on the internet, and although the prices were higher than we normally like, knew we had to go here as it would be a one of a kind experience, and it was. First of all, the staff is super friendly...More

Loved the decor, the fresh seasonal menu. The food presentation was phenomenal and delicious. Every attention to detail with style. There's a parking garage next door that's very reasonable. I was able to easily walk from my motel room (Downtown Clifford) to the restaurant.

We did not know anything about restaurant but decided to try it out. It is very authentic mexican food, not TexMex. There are only about 10 items on the menu and with our party of 7, we tried 6 of them. The food is outstanding....More

Cafe Poca Cosa is not your typical Mexican food, and that is a good thing. The food is inspired from deeper in the Mexican interior and fused with modern touches. The tequila choices range from the old stand by Jose Q, to the finest pure...More

To be honest I don't know. You may want to call them. I don't believe the meal I got even had any gluten. It's all meat and vegetables. Maybe the rice and tortillas probably have gluten. I would call them.

They have a very limited menu so I wouldn't be surprised if there aren't gluten free options, but I have no idea.
