We ordered from this restaurant to feed a group of six. The portions were adequate and the food absolutely delicious. The meatballs are tasty in the creamy tomato sauce. The Bosnian style sausage mildly flavored and a joy to eat with the Bosnian style bread. Even the tomato, cucumber, feta salad was fantastic! The cabbage salad was definitely a favorite... More

This is a mom and pop shop. We wanted to go someplace that would be 'different'. Well this was it. This is a very clean open place with white tablecloths; but it's not a 'formal' establishment. It's very homey. We were immediately greeted and told to select a table. We had gone specifically to have lamb but were disappointed to... More

Incredibly delicious! A friend & I ordered 2 dishes and shared. Both were fabulous. The owners are exceptionally kind and welcoming. The baklava is amazing. I will definitely be going back!

Lunch is not as busy, as there is no special lunch menu - it is the same as the dinner menu. This is a family-run restaurant - Chef Alisah and his wife run the kitchen and how well-run it is! We have tried many dishes from the extensive menu and have never been disappointed. If anything, it is hard to... More

I was at Chef Alisha for the third time last night. The place is truly a family establishment with the father the mother and the sons as the main staff. I had never had true Bosnian cuisine before this restaurant and I have to say I love the food there. The portions are definitely huge and the food is truly... More

We had never tried Bosnian cuisine. The food was spectacular. Service was top notch. The Chef even came out to ask how our meal was. Very economical for four of us. This would be on our list of "must eat" places if we get the chance to return to Tucson

This restaurant has been positively reviewed many times, so I will drone on (as I often do) with too many details. My family does love this place, though, so I thought I'd add a few comments. We first visited Chef Alisah's about 5 or 6 years ago, and vividly recall that experience for all the right reasons. Upon arrival we... More

We were invited to go with a friend. he ordered the meal platter for four. There were four of us. I think we had enough food for eight. All very good food in a very nice restaurant. Nice wait staff. Give it a try.

My wife read about this restaurant on Trip Advisor so during a recent get away to Tucson we decided to check it out. We made reservations for 7:00 though judging by the crowd we probably would have been okay without. They do not have a liquor license, but you can bring wine or beer with no hassle or corkage fee.... We liked this restaurant so well last time we visited the area, we strategically selected a hotel right across the street this time. Walking distance is good. Again ordered the Chef Alisah Surprise (for two). This is a heaping platter with an incredible variety of grilled Shish kebab, several kinds of sausage, gyros with fresh onions and Tsaziki sauce, chicken... More
