We enjoyed tasty, meaty baby back ribs and a coleslaw that was some of the best I have had out in a long time. Not too much dressing, good chop on the veges and cold. The BBQ here is always good and this was no exception.

Rudy's is friendly, family oriented, great selection of meats and drinks. Nice atmosphere and right off the interstate.

The food is very good, ala-cart style. I ate the ribs and others in our party had a little bit of everything. We all said we would return, and we did at the end of the week. The baked potato was large, simple and good. The corn for me was over done. They need to add corn bread. No tips... More

This was a good recommendation from a local. Ordering food is a little different. At the counter, you can watch them slice the brisket. We were offered samples and changed our order based on the samples. If you like cream corn, theirs is to die for. The brisket and ribs are good. We sampled the pulled pork. It is good... More

We had the pulled pork sandwich. Quite good. Prices are reasonable. Atmosphere is fun. Service is "walk up" and fast. Great place to buy in bulk for a party. Can't wait to go back.

It's all about the meat here. Good cuts, expertly prepared and served in copious quantities. Both types of ribs and the brisket are excellent. Their sauces are spot on too. The sides didn't really do anything for me...good but not unique. Focus on the meat. With an ice cold Shiner Bock. Yes!

First time there, and the staff gave us a tasting of the different cuts. The brisket was out of this word. Clean and efficient.

In for training from the east coast. Half turkey and brisket is the way to go. Awesome job on the LEO discount. This is a must lunch stop.

I stopped in for lunch and ended up stuffing myself like it was Thanksgiving! Rudy's has the look of an authentic Texas BBQ joint, but most importantly it has the wonderful smell of one too! I went for the Brisket and three bones. The brisket was moist and delicious with a bark that was nicely smoked seasoned. The ribs were... More

Really good spicy chop BBQ. Very good servings and the lady who serviced us made good recommendations to save us money and get us more food. She let sample the different types of meats when she found out it was our first visit. The condiment bar was very well stocked.. All food there is a la carte.
