There was a time when rich food and a noisy atmosphere were acceptable to us. Not so much any more. Service was excellent. With everything essentially a la carte, prices seemed high.

This is the best seafood restaurant in Albuquerque. I am having business luncheons with clients and we are meeting with friends for dinner. All our kids birthdays are celebrated here. You will not be disappointed - food is excellent and service is good to. Very easy to find it - just off I25.

Beautiful atmosphere with talented staff. Food is divine. I get the fish and scallops and veggie skewers on dirty rice. It gives me a little taste of everything and doesn't spur on my diabetes. I just don't eat much rice. But, this place has so many menu items that will be great for any adult. Kids, not so much. Leave... More

I have been to Pappadeaux many, many times. Both with clients and for personal enjoyment. The food is always excellently prepared, the staff is always attentive, and except for the price, which seems a little high, I would rank it as one of the best in ABQ.

Been here many times, as the food and service consistently very good. Nice interior and a comfortable and attractive meeting room. Signature salad great to split. Portions are generous, and flavors are liked by everyone I've chatted with at dinner. A busy and popular place, but a long line moves fast or the bar appears to be a very popular... More

This of course is a great restaurant, that goes without saying. Nice atmosphere, great service, food was wonderful. But the Crab Cakes.......OMG......these things just melted in my mouth!!!! The best I have ever had anywhere.

My husband and I live in ABQ and we always enjoy the super-fresh fish, shrimp, crab, and other seafood at this Louisiana-style chain. Among the highlights - bisque soups and clam chowder, flounder sautéed with lemon and white wine, anything served "Pontchartrain"-style, anything with crawfish, and (for a touch of the northwest) the cedar-planked salmon. I would have awarded five... More

Great for a one-time novelty of a so-called Cajun dining experience, but other than that, the food is far from my first-hand Louisiana dining experience. The food is overly greasy and not that tasty. The price is sky-high, extremely high for the quality and quantity you receive. I have dined here numerous times via group events, and have never failed... More

Delicious Sunday lunch. Fresh & hot from the oven bread & butter brought straight to our table. Coconut shrimp appetizer with sweet chipotle sauce was perfect. Crunchy outside, but not overdone, tender inside. Entree was salmon & grilled shrimp salad -- tender mixed greens & spinach, candied pecans, blue cheese, tomatoes & a spicy sweet orange glaze for the salmon.... More

We brought my brother & sister-in-law here for a special meal. It was a perfect afternoon. The shrimp & grits were outstanding. Mahi and Cajun catfish plates were done to perfection. Service was very good, friendly and attentive. Three thumbs up!
