Took a friend for lunch for her birthday. I had the Nicoise salad . I was just well done. I have never had this dish served with slices of tuna almost sushi style. Usually served with canned tuna (yes even in france). I also had the mushroom soup. In a word tasty. My friend had the Salmon. Cooked quite well.... More

Special birthday dinner with family and friends. Very intimate dining with excellent service and fantastic food. Beet salad was delicious and special of mussels and linguine was excellent. Warm bread topped off a superb meal. Extensive wine list. Will eat here again!

I was looking for some good mussels in Albuquerque and discovered this restaurant on TripAdvisor. Very satisfied. I had mussels with linguine and some chardonnay. Small restaurant that may have a seating capacity of 30. Because of the limited seating, I'd recommend reservations.

This place is only one block south of Central in Nob Hill. It truly is a hidden gem. It's a lot like a real French cafe: only a few tables, the owner is the waiter, etc. Even the music is authentic. Lunch was excellent, the specialty is mussels, prepared various ways, but there is plenty else to choose from as... More

Just discovered a very pleasant bistro in Albuquerque's wonderful Nob Hill that I must share with you! The size and feel of this quaint bistro transports you back to Paris with cool Art Nouveau architectural features and an elegant menu (in French) that covers all palettes (salads, vegetable sides and vegetarian pasta as well as some classic hearty french meat... All about the mussels here. Nice large bowl of the little beauties. My piquante sauce not very piquante, but there was a small lake of it left in my bowl which I addressed with some frites because there was no baguette. There was some kind of muffin/bread thing early on, but I'm a traditionalist when it comes to sopping. I... More

Our waiter was excellent, we thoroughly enjoyed our salads and our moules et frites, and the wine list had nice choices by the glass. Setting is quaint French bistro. Service was relaxed but not slow. If we got to Albuquerque more often we'd eat here more. As it was, this was just right for dinner after the drive down.

Talked to Anita at ballon fest. After walking nob hill, had a wonderful relaxing French lunch before hitting balloon fest again. Wonderful oysters and mussels with saffron. Small quiet street. Reminds of the French bistros I have visited

Steak tartare was not on their latest menu, but they made it for me. It was as good as what had in France. The mussels in the cream sauce were excellent. Every single mussel was open, so I think the kitchen culled out the bad ones. Nice touch. The trout special was pretty good. I was happy with the reasonable... More

When I go to french restaurant, I'm looking for great food as well as a certain atmosphere that suggests a french local. This place has both in spades. The design is such that you can certainly imagine yourself in a french cafe in a Paris neighborhood. The food was wonderful. It's very small. One or two tables that seat four... More
