We've eaten here several times for breakfast and have been happy every time. The food and staff are great. There can be a wait, it just depends what time you come. We've never had to wait long though.

Eggs in the City offers a great ambiance, coffee and food. It's breakfast is absolutely delicious. I usually go for their Greek skillet with no cheese and corn tortillas to make it a dairy and gluten free dish. Great taste, great people, great everything. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Do not plan to seat a party of 10 at this restaurant. You will wait hours. It is set up for parties of two and 4, although they can jam a fifth at the end of your table where you jockey for space with a nearby high chair. Breakfast is excellent. I am a sucker for the huevos rancheros, which... More

You'll wait forever to be seated, even if you call in to get added. They have great food but it could be improved by adding better quality condiments and coffee. Their coffee is awful and that's important to me. If they spent a little more money to improve things like that and made their seating more efficient then this place... More

So I am reading all the raving reviews about greatest breakfasts ever, and best tasting food around... and I'm wondering if we just came on a bad day or had ordered 2 things off the menu that lacked luster. We came on a rainy Sunday and sat under the shelter outside, drank coffee and read the paper while we waited... More

We have a good experience here with family for breakfast. We all ordered different entrees and they were all great. They offer a good variety of breakfast food.

We were sent here by our hotel concierge, assuring us that it's "worth the wait", and he was right! Oh man, the food was SO good. I had the hash while my colleague had the Mexican skillet, and both were EXCELLENT. We were also talked into a cinnamon pancake (we weren't hard to convince), and that was mind-bogglingly good. Honestly,... More

I visited in a Tuesday morning around 10am. There were only 2 tables available so I figured it must be good. And it wasn't disappointing. I had tea first and they had a decent selection of teas to chose from.(6-8) I had camomile as I'm fighting w a flu. Then I ordered egg Benedict's without tomato and potato and a... More

Took the family for breakfast today and we loved it! The menu is newer, now comes in a book. Still all the same great items. I love the atmosphere and the service is always outstanding. And all at an affordable price. Huevos Miguel is my favorite.

The food was really good! Tried the grownup cheese sandwich on a recommendation from my sister. Had real cheese, bacon and avocado on wheat bread. Mmm mmm! Will definitely hit it again the next time I visit. It is a small restaurant and we had to wait a little. Summer should be better because there's an outside patio.
