Excellent fare. I was there for a continuing medical education event and had the beef. Would highly recommend. I tasted the salmon and a chicken dish as well and both were superb! Very intimate setting for dining and talking. Very lovely restaraunt.

Great place just 3 blocks from temple square. The atmoshphere is great with nice decor and piano music. The food is excellent and the service is attentive without being overbearing. Wonderful menu.

The food was very average. Eclectic menu but the flavors were muted. Thought about ordering a steak but couldn't imagine paying 53 bucks here. The service was OK even though the place was deserted. Server dripped wine on tablecloth.... really?

Expensive restaurant. food quality was above average. Waitress was more like what you would expect at Denny's. Service was spotty. For the price point it should have been excellent.

My friends and I stumbled upon this place when we were searching for dining options prior to attending an opera. The hostess was extremely friendly and welcoming. After being seated, we waited not more than a few minutes, when one of the staff came and apologized for the long wait and they said dessert would be on them. We had... More

I have no problem paying for a good meal. I enjoy a really good meal, and good service. And you pay for that here at New Yorker. But my dinner there last week for our anniversary delivered neither. We started with the Brie and Mushrooms, and this really was the best of the food we had. It was good, but... More

If you have to close a business deal or impress a client or just tell your significant other you really love them. You cannot go wrong here. The food is amazing the service is impeccable and noise is low. The check is high, but no-one will ever complain they did not get the best service or food.

I started with a lovely Rose. I decided to try the Pepper Elk Chop (I never had elk before). It was amazing! It was served with wild rice, lingonberries, beans, squash and cucumbers. I paired it with a great Bordeaux. The meal itself was big enough that I did not need a starter or dessert.

We had a business dinner here. The restaurant is located underground to the west of Market Street. This is an upscale steak house. There were nine of us. Everything was excellent. The food was marvelous. The steaks are awesome. My New York steak was prepared perfectly. Kristi, our server was outstanding. She was very friendly, helpful, and efficient. Expect to... More

If you want a decent steak, give this place a try. But, it is NOT a true New York steakhouse like Luger's, Club A, Spark's, etc. The steaks are not nearly as large and thick as those places, however, they tasted good (not great). Truffle fries were pretty tasty though.
