This is always my boys go to spot for brunch. Love the entire concept of this restaurant. Love me some chicken & waffles. If you haven't been here before you most def need to check it out.

You want the most outrageous tasty comfort food in Salt Lake City. The chicken and waffles is amazing. The crust on the boneless chicken is perfect. Their eggs Benedict is really good and the bacon wow. Definitely a must for brunch.

The food and service here were great! Prices reasonable: two of us had hearty breakfast for $25 total. There's a nice outdoor seating area too, for when the weather is nice.

Southern Comfort Food. I didn't believe it's be as good as it was, but it definitely was fantastic. Their Fried Chicken and Biscuits was amazing and their cocktails were great. It gets really busy because it's such a small establishment, but the food is worth it. Plus families go here, hipsters, college kids, It's frequented by all. And they have... More

This is an interesting place with a semi-southern down home vibe but an eclectic clientele. The one draw back is the coffee, unless you are used to New Orlean style chicory blends, it will be a real shock. We enjoyed the breakfasts and took half each home with us. It was a fun place with decent food for the money.

We came for brunch on Sunday. As we were about to grab the handle to open the door, the manager opened the door and welcomed us in. Jake the man who took our order was quick and very friendly. My husband said that the chicken and waffles were better than Roscoes. (And no waiting in line). I loved the breakfast... More

Generous portions and unique combinations make this place worth visiting. Two of us had meals and the other three had dessert. We sat inside but the outdoor seating looked inviting. The strawberry shortcake was delicious and the beignets were served with wonderful berry lavender jelly. Portions were generous for the money.

Late breakfast/early lunch. I had a couple beers and the breakfast sandwich. Sausage patty could have been a little bigger to accomodate the large bun, but that's a suggestion and not a complaint. Loved the breakfast potatos! My wife had the strawberry smash to sip on along with her fried green tomatoes which she said were done perfectly. Her entree... More

We loved this place! It was recommended by my daughter and we're so glad we dined there. Fun atmosphere (except for the smokers outside), interesting menu, and very fast service. This is a far cry from chain restaurants that are soulless and serve nondescript food. We had the "Mexican Scramble" which had a delicious jalapeno cream sauce and a waffle... More

I went with friends to this restaurant & this was my first time there. After leaving & being quite full, I was ready to go back!! I had the BLT, prepared like no other. It had shredded pork belly, fried green tomato, lettuce & unbelievable pimento cheese on marbled rye. Served with hand cut fries, (but they could have been... More

Conveniently located in the revamped Liberty Park area of Salt Lake Ciy, Pig & A Jelly Jar restaurant serves a fresh, from scratch menu with a unique twist on Southern comfort food. The Pig serves up house made sausages, waffles, fried chicken and jams as well as a creative yet approachable menu. We love being in a walk-able location, and providing scratch made breakfast in a fun and inviting urban environment. We are excited to bring that same look and feel to Historic 25th Street in Ogden, Utah with our second location- Pig & A Jelly Jar II.
