We didn’t actually go for Ladies Night, but we did enjoy the cheaper prices for my Cosmo. This is a good bar, with very good food! We had the brisket quesadillas and red beans & rice. Fun place!

Had heard a lot of nice things about this place so we decided to stop by and try it out. The server was polite and courteous. The meal didn't take long to get. We found the food wholesome. Knowing it was a tavern, I knew...More

It was an rainy afternoon with rain on and off couple of times. We decided to have a break. Actually we stayed until closing time. Food is good (even if the offerings are basic bar food), staff friendly and Karaoke night was fun.
This is very comfortable not too loud bar. They have draft beers even locals of which I loved the altered state. The appetizer we got was top notch, huge and very tasty.
A very hot day in October and running through town gets you thirsty - so we dropped in at Bowies Tavern - and look what we found - just what we needed :-)). So all fine and off we went. Nice place inside and outside!!
Service was awful, nachos and burger were good. Waited 20-30 minutes after getting our drinks ordered for the waitress to come back to take our order.
